Hi, I'm Josh

A designer and strategist exploring the intersection of usability, visual design, customer experience, and business. Curiosity-driven, I'm fueled by a desire to understand complex and nuanced digital and analog systems. I aspire to design elegant, usable products and services that create value for humanity and businesses alike.

I've had the privilege of working in a diverse spectrum of design roles over my career, including visual and interaction design, UX design, user research, customer experience strategy, design instruction, and design management. Through this experience, I've acquired a broad set of skills and knowledge that allow me to approach problems from a variety of perspectives and adapt to meet the needs of the design challenge.

I'm passionate about collaboration, with a knack for creating cross-functional alignment and a record of successful partnerships across disciplines, teams, and organizational structures. I care deeply about sharing what I've learned and using my knowledge to help others achieve their personal and professional goals.
