I designed this logo for the Verdant Health Commission, a public resource and advocate for the Snohomish County Public Hospital District No. 2. The goal of the logo was to embody the concepts of health, and prosperity present in the name “verdant” while evoking a sense of community. The commission, previously known as the "South Snohomish County Commission For Health" established its roots in the South Snohomish country nearly a century ago.
Redesign of a T-Mobile internal employee awards event held annually in Hawaii. This was part of a communications package that included name badges, luggage tags and other assorted promotional materials.
I designed this logo for the northwest physicians group, Physicians Anesthesia Service. The design's curvilinear forms reflects the three stages of typical anesthesia: Premedication–administering sedatives which relax the patient, Induction–surgical anesthetic administered, causing unconsciousness and amnesia, Emergence–bringing the patient back to a normal physiological state.
The creative forces behind the neo-folk band Campfire Vaudeville were looking for a logo that had old-world charm and a sense of elegance and femininity while incorporating their trademark bowler cap. Influenced by turn-of-the-century wood type and hand-painted signs, I strove for a design that felt well-worn while maintaining a sense of hand-made craftsmanship. Like the band, the end result is a playful mashup of period motifs with a modern composure.
I designed this logo for the Washington Academy of Eye Physicians & Surgeons, a center of eye care resources for both professionals and the general public. Both horizontal and vertical lockups were created in a range of 4 colors reflecting the most common iris pigmentations: brown, blue, green, and hazel.
I designed this logo for Dr. Nathan Russell's Bainbridge Island family and cosmetic dentistry practice, Islandental. Dr. Russell was looking for a logo that was friendly and approachable to both children and adults. The color palette and imagery were designed to differentiate the practice from the blue/green island-based imagery that saturated the relatively small market in Bainbridge.
I designed this logo for the Sound Health & Wellness Trust's health and wellness benefits initiative, LiveWell. LiveWell is designed to offer an assortment of programs that offer participants small but meaningful ways to improve their overall health.
